Solution
Measure the flow rate through the sensor. Take a
sample from the instrument output (e.g., with a
minimess sampling port).
Take a sample and look for visible air bubbles in the
effluent.
If the flow is unblocked and no air bubbles are present,
contact technical support.
Remove the flow control valve only with a flow control
removal tool (3050765). Do not remove the part by any
other means as this voids the warranty and causes
instrument and/or flow control valve damage.
Make sure that the system flow rate and pressure are
within the operating specifications. Refer to
Specifications
on page 3.
If the system is within the specifications and the
instrument still shows erratic counts, look for bubbles in
the flow.
If the erratic counts continue, contact technical support.
