Troubleshooting
Do not repair or disassemble the product by yourself. Unqualified repair will lead to failure and may cause damage to
persons or their properties.
Problem: The product does not turn on or does not work.
Cause 1: There is no electricity from the power socket. Solution 1: Connect to a socket with electricity and turn it on.
Cause 2: The control panel's LED "FULL" is turned on. Solution 2: Empty the water.
Cause 3: The ambient temperature is too low or too high. Solution 3: Recommended working temperatures are 7-35℃
(44-95℉).
Cause 4. In cooling mode, the room temperature is lower than the set temperature. In heating mode, the room
temperature is higher than the set temperature. Solution 4: Change the set temperature.
Cause 5. In dehumidification mode, the ambient temperature is low. Solution 5: Place the product in a room with an
ambient temperature of greater than 17℃ (62℉).
Problem: The cooling effect is not good.
Cause 1: There is direct sunlight. Solution 1: Use a curtain.
Cause 2: Doors or windows are open, there are a lot of people or other sources of heat. Solution 2: Close doors and
windows, add another air conditioner.
Cause 3: The filters are dirty. Solution 3: Clean or replace the filters.
Cause 4: The air inlet or outlet is blocked. Solution 4: Remove obstructions.
Problem: A lot of noise.
Cause 1: The product is not placed on a flat surface. Solution 1: Place the product on a flat and hard surface.
Problem: Compressor does not work.
Cause 1: Overheat protection starts. Solution 1: Wait for 3 minutes until the temperature is lowered, restart the product.
Problem: The remote control does not work.
Cause 1: The distance to the product is too far or the remote control is not aligned with the direction of the receiver.
Solution 1: Let the remote control get closer and make sure that the remote control faces the direction of the receiver.
Cause 2: The batteries are low. Solution 2: Replace the batteries.
Problem: The LED Display shows 'E1' or 'E2'.
Cause 1, E1: The pipe's temperature sensor is abnormal. Solution 1: Check the pipe temperature sensor and related
circuitry.
Cause 2, E2: The room temperature sensor is abnormal. Solution 2: Check the room temperature sensor and related
circuitry.
Install and use
1. Download and install the app "Deltaco smart home" from Apple App Store or Google Play Store on your mobile
device.
2. Launch the app "Deltaco smart home".
3. Create a new account or log in to your existing account.
4. Tap "+" to add the device.
5. Choose category and then the type of product from the list.
6. Connect the device to power.
7. Press and hold the fan mode button for about 5 seconds to activate wifi, a confirmation sound will be played, confirming
that wifi is activated. Add the device to Deltaco smart home app.
8. Confirm the Wi-Fi network and password.
9. Enter the device name.
