Safety instructions
Warning
1. Only connect this product to earthed sockets and matching voltage to prevent electrical shock. Find the voltage
information on the product's rating label. If you feel unsure, or if you are missing a matching socket, contact an
authorised electrician for installation help.
2. Place the product on a sturdy, flat and dry surface, with at least 50 cm to other objects or walls. Keep the product
at least 1 meter away from combustible materials.
3. Ensure that the power plug is firmly connected to the power socket. Do not place the cable under carpets. Do not
cover the cable with cable runners or similar covering objects. Do not route the cable underneath furniture or other
appliances. Place the cable away from trafficked areas, to ensure that nobody can trip over it.
4. Keep the product free from obstructions, to ensure proper function and reduce safety hazards.
5. Ensure that the drainage pipes are properly connected, and are not distorted or bended.
6. When moving this product, make sure that it is in an upright position. It has wheels to make it easier. Do not roll
over objects and be careful on carpets or avoid them, as the product can tip over.
10. Do not install the product in a location where it may be exposed to combustible gas (For example close to a gas
stove). Possible fire hazard.
11. Don't disassemble or modify the product, it will cause malfunctions or bring harm to persons and properties. To
avoid danger, if a machine failure occurs, ask our support, the retailer or authorised professionals to repair it.
12. Do not install or use the product in a wet area such as a bathroom or a laundry room. Water may cause short-
circuits.
13. Protect this product from liquids such as condensation, splashes, etc. Do not position it so it could fall or be pulled
into water or any other liquids. If this would happen, unplug the product from the mains immediately.
14. Be sure that the power plug pulls out straight and directly from the wall. Do not pull the cable when disconnecting
the product out of the wall. The power plug should always be easy accessible.

15. If the cable is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, retailer or authorized electrician in order to
avoid hazards.
16. The product must be installed in accordance with national wiring regulations.
17. This product can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental
capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the
appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved.
18. Children shall not play with this product.
19. Cleaning and user maintenance should not be made by children unless they are older than 8 years and supervised.
20. Before cleaning or maintenance, switch off the device and disconnect the product from the mains. Never clean this
product when it is connected to power!
21. Do not use chemical solvents such as gasoline and alcohol to clean the product. Clean it with a half-wet soft
cloth. If the product is really dirty, use a mild detergent.
22. Do not use flammable substances near the product, such as alcohol and insecticide sprays.
23. Do not cover or obstruct the air inlet or outlet. Keep the inlet and outlet free from obstructions.
24. Do not pull the power plug to turn off the machine.
25. When adjusting the plastic air outlet, don't use objects. Instead use your hands. To avoid damaging the plastic
surface.

26. Do not use cleaning methods or ways to speed up the defrosting process that have not been recommended by
the manufacturer.
27. The appliance shall be stored in a room without continuously operating ignition sources (for example: open
flames, an operating gas appliance or an operating electric heater.)
28. Do not pierce or burn.
29. Be aware that refrigerants might be odourless.
30. Appliance shall be installed, operated and stored in a room with a floor area larger than 30m2.
31. The room's ventilation openings must be kept clear of obstructions.
32. Compliance with national gas regulations must be observed.
