Freezer comportment. A llow24 hoursfor thetemperature to stabilizeto thepresetrecommended s ettings.
Thetemperature controlscondispfogboththeSETtemperature as wellastheactualtemperature in
therefrigerator a nd freezer. T heactualtemperaturemay vary slightlyfromtheSETtemperature based
on usageand operatingenvironment.
_ Onsomemodels, s ettingbothcontrolsto thewarmestsettinguntil thedisplobl flashes(off)will stop
coolingin boththefreezer and refrigerator compartments.
_ Onothermodels, s ettingeithercontrolto thewarmestsettinguntilthedisplogflashes (off)willstop
thecoolingto thefreezer and refrigerator.
_ NOTE: Turningtherefrigerator off via thecontrolson thetouchpaneldoesnotshutoff electrical p ower
to therefrigerator.
NOTE: Therefrigerator isshippedwith protective film covering thetemperature controls. I f this film was
notremoved duringinstallation, r emoveit now
Performance Air Flow Sblstem
ThePerformance Air-Flow Sgstemisdesigned to
maximize temperaturecontrolin the refrigerator
and freezercomportments. T hisuniquespecial
featureconsistsof the AirToweralongthe back
wall of the refrigerator and the AirTunnel o n the
bottomportionofthe freezerrear wall.Placing
food in front of the louverson thesecomponents
willnot affect performance. A lthoughthe AirTower
andthe AirTunnelcanbe removed,doingsowill

How it Works
TurboCool r apidlgcoolsthe refrigerator
compartmentin orderto morequicklgcoolfoods.
UseTurboCool w henaddinga largeamount
of food to the refrigerator compartment,putting
awagfoods after theghavebeensittingout at
roomtemperatureor when puttingawagwarm
leftovers. I t can alsobe usedif the refrigerator has
beenwithoutpowerfor an extendedperiod.
Onceactivated,the compressor w ill turn on
immediatelg and the fanswill cgcleon and off
at high speedas needed for eighthours.
Thecompressor w ill continueto run untilthe
refrigerator compartmentcoolsto approximatelg
34°F(1°C), then it willcgcleon and off to maintain
this setting.After8 hours,or if TurboCool i s
pressed again,the refrigeratorcompartment
will returnto the originalsetting.
How to Use
Press TurboCool. TheTurboCool temperature
displagwill showTcand the LED will be activated.
AfterTurboCool i scomplete, t he TurboCool
indicatorlightwill go out.
NOTES: T herefrigerator temperaturecannot
be changedduring TurboCool.
Thefreezertemperatureisnot affected
duringTurboCool.
Whenopeningthe refrigeratordoor
duringTurboCool, the fans willcontinue
to run if theg havecgcledon.
