5 Use your
baby monitor
Link the parent unit to the baby unit:

Press and hold on the baby unit for two
seconds.

The baby unit turns on, and all indicators
on the baby unit light up briefly.

Press and hold on the parent unit for
two seconds.
»
The parent unit turns on, and all indicators
on the parent unit light up briefly.
»
The link indicator flashes red and the
parent unit starts to search for the
baby unit.
»
When the link is established, the
indicator lights up green.
»
If no link is established, the
indicator flashes red. The parent unit
beeps from time to time.
Tip
•
It takes about 15 seconds to establish the link
between the parent unit and the baby unit.
Position the baby monitor:

Keep the baby unit and the power cord
at least 3.5 feet/1 meter away from your
baby.

Keep the parent unit at least
5 feet/1.5 meter away from the
baby unit to prevent acoustic feedback.
3
Use the parent unit in the operating
range of the baby unit.
Tip
•
When the parent unit is out of range of the
baby unit, the parent unit beeps from time
to time. The link indicator on the parent unit
