• Do not repair the appliance yourself; instead, contact an
authorised professional. In order to avoid hazards, defective
power cables should only be replaced with comparable
cables by the manufacturer, our customer service department
or by similarly qualified individuals.

WARNING: The cutting surface of the blade is very sharp.
• Handle the knife with the appropriate care! In particular,
cleaning presents a risk of injury!
• Do not place the food to be cut on the blade by hand. Do so
only using the carriage.
• Always use the food holder if small cut pieces are desired.

Do not slice excessively hard foods such as frozen
food or meat with bones.

Correct use of the appliance
This appliance is used for cutting food.

for this.

these operating instructions. This appliance should not be
used for commercial purposes.
Any other use of the appliance shall be deemed to be
contrary to the intended purpose and can lead to damage
to property or even to personal injury.
The manufacturer cannot be held liable for damages which
arise as a result of the use of the appliance contrary to its
intended purpose.
