REPAIR INSTRUCTIONS

How to replace the overload cutout on MP300–800
Tools required: Two small slotted screwdrivers – e.g. STAHLWILLE
No 4820 or No 4628
Procedure:
Remove lock washer

remove lid
1
extract all the components making up the faulty rated breakpoint
1
(sun wheel) and replace with spares
reposition cover and refit lock washer.

How to replace the overload cutout on MP300–1350
Tools required: Circlip pliers for inside circlips size J 4 or J 41 for
circlips from 85–165 mm – e.g. STAHLWILLE No 6543 or No 6544
Procedure:
Remove circlip

remove lid
1
extract all the components making up the faulty rated breakpoint
1
(sun wheel) and replace with spares
reposition cover and refit circlip.

How to replace the overload cutout on MP300–2000, MP300–3000,
MP300–5000
Tools required: Offset screwdriver size 3 – e.g. STAHLWILLE No 10760CV
or INHEX insert size 3 – e.g. STAHLWILLE No 44 with appropriate base tool
Procedure:
Unscrew and remove the 6 Allen-head screws in the upper cover

remove the cover
1
extract all the components making up the faulty rated breakpoint
1
(sun wheel) and replace with spares
reposition cover and tighten screws by hand.

CAUTION!
Overload cutout (sun wheel)
If the rated breakpoint should break, immediately stop working with
1
the MULTIPOWER to prevent damage to the internal components in the
gearbox.
MULTIPOWER tools can only be calibrated as a complete set. This
1
means that not only the complete MULTIPOWER case but also the
torque wrench which is used in conjunction with the MULTIPOWER tool
must also be returned for calibrating. The MULTIPOWER tools alone
cannot be correctly calibrated.
