9. MULTISCREEN DISPLAY
The projector is able to connect, via a conventional 802.11
b/g/n Wi-Fi connection with smartphones or tablets, IOS or
Android and reproduce the content of the display on the
screen via the "Duplicate Screen" (IOS) or "Smart View"
(Android) functions: the reproduced audio is also transferred
to the projector. For best performance, it is important to
ensure that the connection is as stable and free as possible
and that data traffic on the network is as limited as possible,
even if only during the transmission period. The use of a
"saturated" connection could result in a typically and
particularly unpleasant "jerky" viewing experience as well as
sometimes frequent disconnections: during Wi-Fi playback,
the video projector should be the only device with video
streaming running on the network.
Preliminary operations:
Switch on the projector and select the "Multiscreen" input, as
explained in chapter 7 above. The cast selection image is
displayed; the options are:
