checking the suitability of the masonry as well as the
tightening of any plugs and fixing screws. Sloppy,
inaccurate or badly executed installation may cause
falling and consequent damage to the device, with the
possibility of even serious injury and trauma to persons
or animals.
Also check that the installation of the projector does not
obstruct the opening of doors and windows and that, in
the case of ceiling installation, its lower edge is no less
than 2.50 m from the floor when installation is
complete.
Projector installation must not get in the way of
movable elements such as air conditioning splits, fans or
ceiling agitators. It is also essential not to place the
projector in the vicinity of lamps, chandeliers, spotlights
or other lighting devices, especially if they are subjected
to strong heat, nor along the line of the emitted light
they generate.
Connection of projectors to controlled sockets, timers,
electromechanical actuators, power strips, multi-socket
adapters and power extensions is not recommended.
No thin or metal objects should be inserted into the
sound emission or ventilation holes nor in the power
and signal connectors: only the appropriate connectors
should be used. Do not obstruct the ventilation grilles.
Do not use the projector for any purpose other than
exactly that described in this manual. The intended use
is residential; the projector is not suitable for intensive
professional use.
