8 - Slide a pre-prepared, 510mm foam tube onto the
rear brake hose.
9 - Cut your steerer tube if you wish to adapt the
bike to your fitting requirements (see Headset and
expander assembly).
10 - Finalize the routing by threading the hoses
through all the headset parts, stem and handlebars.
11 - Mount the handlebar, then feed each hose
out through one of the two holes to ensure the
smoothest possible connection to the shifter. Before
cutting the hoses, make sure to feed as much of
their length as possible into the handlebar. (45mm)
NOTE :
For
a
Shimano
build,
recommend routing the hoses through the lower
holes on the handlebars.
For a Sram build, we recommend
routing the hoses through the upper holes on the
handlebars.
12 - Install the front derailleur hanger and tighten
the screws to a torque of 3 Nm. If disassembling/
reassembling, apply a drop of medium threadlocker
(LOCTITE 243™ for example) to each screw. Also
ensure that the rear derailleur hanger is correctly
tightened to 3 Nm.

13 - Install the groupset according to the
manufacturer's instructions.
14 - Insert grommets on any unused hoses and
openings.
15 - Follow the instructions to finalize the fork
assembly.
