Connecting the guide track
The guide track
is used to make straight cuts.

To connect 2 guide tracks, slide the fastener
into the notch of the guide tracks. Tighten the set
screw
with the included hex key.

Plunge cuts
When "plunge cutting" at angles other than a
right angle, secure the base plate of the saw
from sliding sideways. Lateral movement can
cause the saw blade to jam, hence kickback.
Set the desired plunge depth as specified above.

Prevent kickback and place the back edge
against a stopper (similar to Figure D referenced
in section "Plunge saws with fence").
Switch on the device as described under "Swit-
ching on and off".
