5.2. Safety for the operator
MASTER PRODUCTS makes every effort to ensure that the equipment it sells complies with all current safety regu-
lations. It is the owner's responsibility to ensure that all municipal, provincial and state regulations and standards
are followed in the workplace.
To guarantee the safety of users, the equipment includes pictograms, stickers, protections and other security ele-
ments.
To resolve any doubt related to the equipment, and avoid injuries and damages, it is necessary to call the technical
service of MASTER PRODUCTS or any of its authorized distributors.
Improper use of the equipment can cause injury. It is mandatory to read and understand the following instructions
well before using it:
- Working areas shall always be well lit and free of obstructions.
- The equipment shall be used only if it is in perfect condition.
- The equipment shall not be used in dangerous, damp or wet environments.
- The flowers to be processed with this equipment shall only be dry.
- Protective gloves shall be worn during operation of the equipment.
- The equipment shall be stopped in any hazardous or dangerous situation.
- It is forbidden to neutralise the safety and protective devices of the equipment.
- It is forbidden to handle the equipment while wearing loose clothing, loose hair, bracelets or pendants.
- It is forbidden to handle the equipment under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
- Protective gloves shall be worn during all maintenance work on the equipment.
- Maintenance work shall always be carried out with the equipment switched off and disconnected from the
power supply.
The machine control panel is located in a safe area, within easy reach of the user, with logical, easy to understand
signage and coherent manoeuvres for each associated action. Users need to be aware of the applications of the
equipment, its limitations and any possible risks or hazards.
5.3. Who can use the MT Dry 500
Only authorized personnel who have read and understood this instruction manual, which has been written clearly
and simply, may work with the equipment. You must always accompany the team for any necessary consultation.
5.4. Repair of the MT Dry 500
Only personnel authorized or designated by Master Products may repair and install new parts on the equipment. If
it is still in the warranty period, only personnel authorized or designated by Master Products may carry out actions
on it without losing the warranty.
5.5. How to stop the MT Dry 500
The equipment stops under any circumstances whenever the red stop/start switch on the electrical box of the mo-
tor bracket is pressed. Before carrying out any maintenance work on the unit, it must be stopped and disconnected
from the power supply. The equipment must be stopped and disconnected from the power supply immediately in
the event of unusual operation.
6. Disclaimers
Modifications to Master Products machines are prohibited without the manufacturer's approval. Following unautho-
rised modification, the manufacturer declines any responsibility and cancels the warranty rights for the machines to
which modifications have been made. The manufacturer will not be responsible for any failures and accidents that may
result. During the warranty period, Master Products machines must only be disassembled and repaired by the
