Check that the work place is clean and tidy and that tools, fittings and keys are in its
place.
Do not submit the machine to superior performances than established.
Never use the machine for improper uses.
It is Compulsory to use fit clothes as required in this manual and by the laws in force in
the Country where the machine is used; baggy clothes, belts, rings and chains are to be
avoided and; hair, if long, is to be gathered.
It is absolutely forbidden to let the machine work with its fixed or mobile protections or
without its safety devices.
It is absolutely forbidden to remove or to damage the safety devices.
Do not perform any cleaning or maintenance do not abandon the machine
connected to electric power.
Do not perform any maintenance or regulation of the machine before having
read and assimilated the content of this manual.
After any operation of adjustment or maintenance with reduced safety-devices, it is
necessary to restore as soon as possible the state of the machine with all devices active.
The scrupulous respect of the suitable periodic maintenances in this manual is necessary
to work in safety, and to maintain the machine efficient.
Check the good conditions of the safety labels and study their meanings: they are
necessary to avoid accidents; if these are deteriorated, missing or belong to replaced
components, they must be replaced with the original ones by requesting them to the
Manufacture and placing them in the position as indicated in the present booklet.
In case of fire powder extinguishers are to be used.
Do not throws jets of water against the system: they could cause short circuits.
If the machine does not turn off immediately watch out for possible loss of air-cuts.
If the machine is submitted to flames for a long time the hydraulic oil reservoir may burst
and the also pressure tubes: therefore it is extremely important to pay attention and not be
invested by the fluids in them contained.
it is important to remember that a prudent operator, in good psychophysical
conditions ensures the best safety against accidents.
The danger symbols (see fig. 7 - 8 - 9) and later specified are positioned on the
machine(see fig. 10).
