PREFACE
This Manual for the operator is integral part of the Horizontal Wood-cutter and contains
the necessary information to operate and maintain it.
The operator must read it attentively before use.
Moreover we advise to contact the Manufacturer for any necessary information on spare
parts or accessories.
The book or copy of it must always be at the operator's is disposal for consultation.
The manual must be consulted paying attention do not damage it; it is recommended do
not remove pages, replace or delete information or in any case modify his content

How to consult the booklet
Pay attention to this symbol; it indicates the operations or the most
dangerous situations.
This symbol signals a note or a very important recommendation.
The operator's Manual is integral part of the Horizontal Wood-cutter; the suppliers of
new and used machines are recommended to keep the written text which demonstrates
that this Manual was furnished with the machine.
All the safety standards are important and as such they have to be observed rigorously.

In the manual when the machine is referred to with the term "in front of" or "anterior"
we intend the part of the machine where the control panel is found, while with the term
"behind" or "back" we intend the opposite side of the area; the terms " right " and " left "
refer to the operator placed on the anterior side of the machine and turned towards it.
For every operation on the machine reference is given to the levels of qualification which
are here after described, so as to pick out the trained personnel to perform it.
Common operator: personnel without specific competences, able to carry out simple
tasks like processing the machine only through the use of the
controls on it and operations of loading and unloading of the
materials used during the production with all the installed and
active protections.
Mechanic Maintenance Man: specialized technical personnel, able to drive the machine
under normal conditions, to make it work with disabled
protections, to intervene on the mechanical parts to carry out all the
adjustments and the necessary maintenances; he is not qualified
to perform interventions on the electrical systems.

GARANTIA
La garantía decae si:
no se respectan las instrucciones del presente librito

se hacen unas modificaciones sin la preventiva autorización de la firma Ceccato
•
Olindo,
se descuidan las manutenciones programadas,
•
las reparaciones se hacen por el personal no autorizado,
•
se usa la máquina en manera distinta de lo prescrito,
•
las partes originales se les han sustituido con piezas de otra fabricación.
•
A garantia vale por um período de 12 meses (salvo outros acordos por escrito) a partir
da data de entrega. Em relação às peças não fabricadas nos estabelecimentos da
Ceccato Olindo, a garantia fica limitada ao que é concedido pelo fornecedor.
Durante o período de garantia será feita a substituição gratuita de todas as peças que
tiverem defeito de material ou fabricação, segundo o parecer do nosso Departamento
Técnico.
Os controles dos defeitos e suas causas deverão ser feitos na nossa fábrica de Arsego.
Os custos de eventuais controles in loco, feitos pela Ceccato, despesas de transporte e
embalagem das partes a serem ajustadas ou substituídas, bem como a mão-de-obra
dessa montagem, são por conta do cliente.
Os consertos, substituições e as modificações feitas no período de garantia, sem a
nossa autorização, anulam a garantia.
Ficam excluídas da garantia as partes que, por natureza ou destinação, são sujeitas a
deterioração, desgaste ou má manutenção.
De qualquer forma, em nenhum caso o cliente pode pretender a indenização por
danos, de qualquer natureza ou por qualquer motivo.
É dever do cliente verificar se no momento da entrega a máquina responde ao que foi
pedido no contrato, e se não sofreu danos durante o transporte. Nesse caso não deverá
utilizar a máquina e deve informar em 6 dias a Ceccato Olindo ou o fornecedor.
Para toda e qualquer controvérsia fica escolhido o foro competente de Padova (Italy).
3.0.
NORMAS CONTRA ACIDENTES DE TRABALHO
A manobra e o uso da máquina devem ser feitos somente pelas pessoas que leram e
compreenderam o conteúdo deste manual.
Antes de colocar a máquina em função, controlar a integridade e o perfeito
funcionamento dos dispositivos de segurança.
Antes de começar a trabalhar é necessário familiarizar-se com os comandos da
máquina, seguindo as instruções do presente manual.
