Palancas Bimanuales
sobreextensiones.

Reset of the thermal protection
Such operation has to be carried out by an electrical operator.
The engine is supplied of a thermal micro-cutout to avoid an overheating due to an
improper use of the machine.
In case of standstill during the operating, act as following:
1.
disconnect the electrical power,
2.
position the interrupter on 0,
3.
wait for the cooling of the engine,
4.
insert tension,
5.
restart the engine.

INACTIVITY
7.1.
Preparation to standstill
If a long standstill of inactivity of the machine has been programmed, convenient
precautions must be contemplated to avoid dangerous situations when machine starts
working again; we intend for a long standstill a period of complete inactivity
superior to one month.
It is therefore necessary:
to disconnect machine from electrical power
•
to check machine carefully and replace damaged or worn out parts
•
to check state of screws and bolts
•
to check that accurate cleaning and greasing of guides and all moving elements
•
have been done
to cover machine after putting it in a protected environment.
•
dell'utilizzatore.
To find it under perfect conditions when processing is restarted, will only be of
benefit to the operator.
7.2.
Restarting
Such operation must be done by a specialized technician.
Check that safety end stop is efficient, clean jaws and all shift parts carefully from
possible deposits of dust and therefore oil them to check oil level of the compressed
air lubricator and the hydraulic control unit.
Check the perfect state of safety devices of the machine and its general conditions.
