NOTE: If the settings on the rotary DIP switch are changed, the power must be switched off for 60 se-
conds and reconnected before the settings are saved.
The output voltage for each level can be fine-tuned to the external triac-controlled motor potentiometer
when the setting of the rotary DIP switch for the motor type is selected.
DC MOTOR
The connection of DC motors cannot be made on the ES 900 PCB directly, but via a separate driver PCB
instead.
NOTE: When the motor is activated or switched to a higher level, it can take up to 15 seconds before it
reaches the desired speed.

CONNECTION OF DECORATIVE LIGHT

The DIP switch is set according to the type of decorative light in the hood. This is carried out at the DIP
switch for the decorative light (5).
NOTE: Pay particular attention to the decorative light setting for Metz Sky, as this MUST be set to 5 V.
The default setting for the DIP switch is 13 V.
