Securing the burner to the boiler
Provide an adequate lifting system of the burner.
With some boilers it is possible that the CO values
exceed those stated in this manual. To lower
these emissions it is necessary to use the recircu-
lating pipe supplied.
WARNING
To install the burner on the boiler, do the following:
Insert on the flange 1)(Fig. 8) the screw and the two nuts
3)(Fig. 8).
If necessary, widen the holes 6)(Fig. 7) of the insulating gas-
ket 5)(Fig. 8).
To the door of the boiler 4)(Fig. 8) fix the flange 1) using the
screws 2) and (if necessary) the nuts 3) placing the insulat-
ing gasket 5)(Fig. 8) in-between.

Combustion head adjustment
The adjustment of the combustion head varies depending on the
burner output. Do the following to adjust it:
turn the adjustment screw 12)(Fig. 9) clockwise or anti-
clockwise until the notch on the regulating rod 8)(Fig. 9) lines
up with the outer surface of the nozzle-holder assembly
7)(Fig. 9).
In the example the head is set for an output of 0.85 GPH at
15 bar.
The regulating rod 8)(Fig. 9) is calibrated to notch 3 coincid-
ing with the outer surface of the nozzle-holder assembly
7)(Fig. 9) as shown in Tab. G page 21.
