• DO NOT smoke near battery or charger.
• DO NOT charge the battery outdoors.
• DO NOT expose the battery to temperatures above 100°C /
212°F.
• Charge the battery at a temperature between + 4°C / 39.2°F
and + 40°C / 104°F.
• NEVER leave the battery in enclosed areas, such as in cars
on hot days, where temperatures can be much higher than the
outside temperature.
• DO NOT attempt to repair or modify the battery or battery
charger, replace if faulty.
• DO NOT short circuit the battery or charger terminals with
conductive objects such as paper clips, the battery may ignite
or explode.
• DO NOT crush, drop, incinerate or damage the battery.
• DO NOT use a damaged battery in any way.
• DO NOT remove the battery with the machine on, risk of
unintentional operation of the machine and risk of voltage
• Ensure the battery is disposed of correctly, in compliance
with current local environmental regulations. Do not throw the
battery away as household waste.
