INSTALLATION

Arc welder's case protection grade is IP 21 S.
It is forbidden to put in a finger or insert a
round bar less than 12 mm (metal bar in parti-
cular) into the welder. No heavy force can be
employed on the welder.
Grounding
ATTENTION: The welding machine
should be well connected with earth befo-
re operation and no disconnection work is
allowable before the welding job is finished.
Or it may cause an electric shock and harmful
injuries. Parallel connection is a must when
the welding machine is using the same earth
equipment together with the other machi-
nes. Never can the connection in series be
used here. The sectional dimension of the
earth conducting wire can not be less than
that of power cord.
Output Connection
There are two connection methods for di-
fferent electrodes (acid electrode or alkaline
electrode)
Connection A (for acid electrode)
"+" to work piece
"-" to electrode holder
Connection B (for alkaline electrode)
"+" to electrode holder
"-" to work piece

ATTENTION: Iron plate and other mate-
rial with low conductivity can not be used for
connecting work piece and welding machine.

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS

Environment to which the product is subject
The surrounding temperature range: When
welding: -10 to +40°C. During transport or in
storage: -25 to +55° C
Relative humidity: when at 40°C: <50%. /
when at 20°C: <90%.
The dust, acid and erodible materials in the
air can not exceed the amount required by
the norm (apart from the emissions from the
welder). No violent vibration at the job site.
Keep from raining and high temperature
when it is used outdoor.
Requirement for Main Supply
The voltage oscillogram should display actual
sine wave.
The oscillation of the supplied voltage should
not exceed ±10% of the rated value.
The unbalanced rate of voltage of three pha-
ses power supply shall be ≤ 5%.
