HEADLINER REMOVAL/ INSTALLATION
REMOVAL:
BROW SNAPS (3 SNAPS)
1. Begin by reaching through the eye port and starting at either side of
the plastic brow cover and lightly lift inside edge to find fastening location.
Then push from the inside out of the helmet until the snap releases
Pro Racer Tip: Avoid grabbing the MIPs liner in this process
2. Following the same process on the center snap, gently push on the
brow cover from the inside out of the helmet until the snap releases
3. Finally, remove the third brow snap using the same process
NECKROLL SNAPS (4 SNAPS)
1. Begin by gently grasping one side of the neckroll and slowly
pulling in a rolling motion towards the center of the helmet until
the first snap releases
2. Following the same process on the remaining snaps
VELCRO ATTACHMENTS:
1. Carefully pull the liner directly away from the helmet while
holding the MIPs Layer down
INSTALLATION:
BROW SNAPS (3 SNAPS)
1. Lightly index the brow cover into the side of the brow EPS and gasket,
insert the brow cover flange under the brow gasket while lightly lifting
the gasket to allow the brow cover to index with the gasket. Follow this
procedure along rest of gasket to center and finishing with other side.
