-". Now the data storage for M1 is complete.
Press CE to clear the memory and the second line of the display will show 0.
Repeat the above steps to save the data in memory for M2 ~ M9.
Press M1 to M9 to recall the unit weight from memory.
3.3.4.
Turn off the scale. Press and hold the UNIT WEIGHT button, then turn on the scale
and the display will show -----. Then it will show b = ON/OFF (beep) in the first line,
A-XX (automatic shutdown) in the second line and L = ON/OFF (backlight) in the third
line.
Press QTY/SET to enable or disable the beep function.
Press TARE to select the automatic shutdown time.
Press the ZERO button to turn the backlight on or off.
3.3.5.
Calibration may be required at the time of initial installation or if the scale is
transported to a different site.
1. Turn on the scale and then turn it off.
2. Press and hold the ZERO button, then turn on the scale. The LCD will show
SCALE in the first line, CAL-0 (flashing) in the second line and the AD value in
the third line.
3. When a stable AD value is displayed, press ZERO to calibrate ZERO and after 2
or 3 seconds it will show 0.
4. Set the calibration weight using the numeric keypad 0 to 9, then place the set
calibration weight on the weighing pan. Press ZERO to start the calibration.
After the indicator stabilizes, press the ZERO button and the second line of the
display will show 00000. Then the calibration is complete.
5. Turn off the power and then turn it on again. Place the weight on the pan to
make sure that the weighing is correct; if not, repeat the previous steps of
calibration.
3.4.
Cleaning and maintenance
a)
Pull out the mains plug before each cleaning and when the unit is not in use.
b)
Use only non-corrosive cleaning agents for cleaning the surfaces.
c)
After each cleaning, all parts should be thoroughly dried before the device is
reused.
d)
Store the unit in a dry and cool place protected from moisture and direct
sunlight.
e)
Do not spray the unit with a stream of water or immerse it in water.
f)
Make sure that no water enters through the ventilation openings in the casing.
