This appliance must be used with the appropriate gas and at the correct gas
pressures. Failure to comply may result in a hazardous situation.
Only to be used outdoors.
Safety Information
Do not use an appliance, which is leaking, damaged or which does not operate
properly.
The appliance must be operated on a horizontal surface.
The appliance shall be away from flammable materials with a minimum distance
of 0.4 m to adjacent walls.
The gas cylinders shall be changed outside, away from any sources of ignition,
such as naked flames, pilots, and electric fires and away from other people.
If there is a leak on your appliance (smell of gas), take it outside immediately
into a well-ventilated flame free location where the leak may be detected and
stopped. If you wish to check for leaks on your appliance, do it outside. Do not
try to detect leaks using a flame, use soapy water.
This unit is manufactured to use either butane or propane, with a suitable
regulator and a hose or flexible hose, which are sold separately.
Never modify this unit, or use it for applications for which it was not intended.
Regulator: depending on which gas you decide to use, you will need to
approach your local dealer for a gas cylinder regulator suitable for use with the
appliance and the cylinder connection. The following gas type and supply
pressures are applicable:
*For GB, IE, BE, FR, IS, GR, IT, ES, LU, PT, CH: I3+(28-30/37)
Butane: 28-30 mbar or Propane: 37 mbar.
*For DK, FI, NO, NL, SE: I3B/P (30)
Butane /Propane mixture: 30 mbar

Butane: 28-30 mbar or Propane: 37 mbar.
*For ES, IE, PT, GB: I3P (37)
Propane: 37mbar
*For DE, AT: I3B/P (50)
Butane /Propane mixture: 50 mbar
*For DE, NL, ES: I3P (50)
Propane: 50 mbar
Gas Hose requirements:
*Must be certified for use in the applicable Country
*Must be suitable for Liquefied Petroleum Gas
*Must not exceed 1.5 metres in length
Hoses: The hose should be changed if it is damaged or if it is shows any signs
of splitting. Do not twist the hose. Keep the hose away from any parts
that may become hot. A gas- tight seal should be checked as
described in "CONNECTING THE GAS CYLINDER."
*Type A: For BE, IE, IT, LU, NL, PT, SE, GB
The gas hose must be pushed onto ribbed
connectors on the control valve inlet and
regulator outlet, and secured with
appropriate Jubilee clips or twin eared
* Type B: For CH, DE, AT
Connect the hose to the Control valve,
tighten the hose nut firmly, but without
excessive force, using the appropriate
wrenches. Connect the other end onto the
regulator outlet union.
