7. 3. 2 CLEANING
ATTENTION
Before any disassembly and/or cleaning
procedure make sure that the dispenser is
disconnected from its power source.
IMPORTANT
Do not attempt to wash any machine
components in a dishwasher.
1
Fill a basin with approximately one gallon of
hot water (45-60°C) and sodium hypochlorite
(bleach) at a ratio of 200 ppm per 2 litres of
water; indeed, a solution that is too concentrated
may damage the parts to be washed, whereas
one that is too diluted may not clean properly. Do
not use any abrasive detergents.
IMPORTANT
In order to prevent any damages to the
dispenser use only a detergent suitable
with plastic parts.
2
In order to avoid damaging the dispenser,
only use detergents that are compatible with
plastic components.
ATTENTION
When cleaning the machine, dump it, do
not allow excessive amounts of water
around
the
components of the unit. Electrical shock or
damage to the machine may result.
3
Wash the evaporator cylinder, the upper tank
and the connecting pipe using the brush supplied
with the unit.
4
Rinse all washed parts under running water.
7. 3. 3 SANITIZING
Sanitizing should be performed immediately
prior to starting the machine. Do not allow the
unit to sit for extended periods of time after
sanitization.
Sanitization must be performed whenever the
distributor is put back into operation with a
new product.
1
Before starting the procedures described
below, wash your hands with antibacterial soap.
2
Pour about eight litres of a solution made of
hot water (45-60 °C) and sodium hypochlorite
(bleach) at a ratio of 200 ppm per 2 litres of
water.
3
Immerse all parts to be sanitised in the
solution for the time indicated by the product
manufacturer, approximately 5 minutes.
4
Allow the sanitised parts to air dry on a clean
surface.
5
Dry the external parts of the dispenser
without using abrasive cloths.
7. 3. 4 ASSEMBLY
1
Slide the drip tray into place.
2
Lubricate faucet piston, outer spiral and
