2.2 Types of cooling
Before starting your machine, you must to fill up the cooling vat with propyl alcohol (where is
permitted by the law) or Propylene glycol food grade. DO NOT USE BRINE.

It´s must to be alcohol food grade or a Propylene glycol mixed ONLY with water (the
percentage of the mixture depends on the brand, ask your distributor).
*PLEASE REVIEW THE LAW IN YOUR COUNTY AND STATE
It is very important to check the solution periodically, in case of any anormal situation please
change for new. If you don't replace the solution it can damage the equipment.
Once the machine is turned on, you'll have to wait for the solution until it takes the right tem-
perature from -13ºF (-25°C) to -22ºF (-30°C) once the machine reaches the temperature, the
compressor will turn off and will start againt when it needs.
After having done all this instructions, you may start working.
