1.1 Introduction
Our EMP SERIES Frozen bar machines, are made for semi industrialized production and adap-
table to a variety of molds, can produce very fast and easy way high volume of frozen bars per
hour.
Our machines are dynamic and completely made of stainless steel, the best machines of its
kind in the world. It's easy and quick to use, in just a few minutes is ready, to begin production
for as long as necessary. You can accquire it by condensation of water or air.
Please ensure that all personnel responsible for the machine operation procedure, read and
fully understand this manual before operating the equipment.

1.2 Installation
As soon as the unit is received and while the charge carrier is still in place it is VERY important
to verify that the package has not been damaged during transport. If you notice any damage
register it in the bill of lading and notify local freight forwarder immediately.
For cooled air EMP machines, we recommend you to place it on a level floor with enough space
so the machine can breathe and expel hot air, otherwise the machine may be damaged, in case
the machine is cooled by water is important to connect the water hoses to the machine.
You should verify that the electrical current is 220 volts (single phase or three phase) , and veri-
fy pump rotation, if so, is ready to connect and operate.

Not respecting the minimun space for ventilation, the warranty will be void.
