Track End Cap/ Track Terminator
FITTING THE TRACK END CAP
The end cap or the track terminator is to be fi tted to each exposed track end!
Operation of the track system without track-end caps or track terminators is not permitted.
Picture 10:
1. Fit the end cap onto the track end up to the stop.
2. Fix the end cap onto the end surface on the track
profi le with the tapping screw provided through the
bore and check secure seating of the end cap!
Spotlight and Mounting Elements
ASSEMBLY OF SPOTLIGHT AND MOUNTING ELEMENTS
All lights and mounting elements are only suitable for fi tting to the CHECK IN track system.
Before assembly or maintenance (bulb change, setting up, etc.) the system is to be switched to null voltage and in
the case of a bulb change the light must fi rst be allowed to cool.
Picture 11:
1. Remove the adapter screw cap and feed the adapter over the track.
2. Turn the screw cap on the adapter and tighten on the stop.
Guide to Dimming
The CHECK IN can be fi tted with various lamp types or transformers:
• Bulb for mains voltage (e.g. QPAR 16, QPAR 30)
• Fluorescent lamps with electronic voltage adapter
• Discharge lamps with electronic voltage adapter
• Electronic transformers with SELV-output voltage
Because of that the dimmability of a CHECK IN System can be limited.
In the following are some notes on possible combinations and their dimmability:
1) Fitting only with bulbs for mains voltage
Dimmable with:
• Rising edge dimmer
• Trailing edge dimmer
• Universal Dimmer

1. Insert the track terminator into the connector up
to the stop.
2. Secure the track terminator to the connector by
tightening the lateral set screw and
check for secure seating!
