WALL TRACK CARRIERS
Bending of the track is only permissible up to 1 mm max. Depen-
ding on the size and weight of the painting it may be necessary to
divide the gallery track into smaller track sections with additional
wall track carriers to be fi tted and to thereby support the track
against the vertically downward-acting load of max. 5 kg (max.
2.5 kg per hook).
The distance between the picture hanging and wall track carrier
may be 15 cm max. for these guidelines.
PICTURE HANGING
The picture suspension Item-No. 62-301-02-23 is supplied in pairs and
is suitable for pictures with a max. weight of 5 kg (2x 2.5 kg). Secure
fi xing of all fi tted screws is always to be checked and corrected if
appropriate before assembly. If the hooks are used in pairs, care
is always to be taken regarding uniform weight distribution, so that
no higher load can act than max. 2.5 kg per hook. The suspension
is to be accurately distributed symmetrically (dimension a) to the
centre point in use (centre of gravity) of the picture (Fig. ). The
cable must always be aligned downwards in doing this.
Current track
ASSEMBLY OF THE CURRENT TRACK
For type A carrier systems the track can be simply fi tted into the pre-assembled track carrier.
For the type B carrier system the track together with the track carriers is pre-assembled on the fl oor and then fi tted
into the ceiling fl ange.

Type A Carrier System:
1.
Loosen screw cap on track carrier.
2.
Fit current track into the adapter.
3.
Re-tighten screw cap securely on the adapter.
Type B Carrier System:
1.
Insert the connector contact tongues into the current track
and feed track up to the stop in the connector.
2.
Tighten lateral set screw with a torque of 0.5 Nm.
3.
Fit track section into ceiling fl ange and adjust height as
described in "Assembly of Track Carrier ".
Shortening the Current Track:
1.
WARNING: Only shorten the current track at right angles with
a good metal saw and a 90° degree mitre gauge.
2.
After sawing always de-burr the edges on all sides!
