5. The vehicle seat belt must be as
tight as possible. Using your full
weight, push the base firmly into
the vehicle seat as you tighten the
vehicle seat belt.
6. Secure lap and shoulder portions
of belt in blue belt path guide,
then pull up on shoulder belt from
center of base to remove slack.
