• If the version in the upper right corner has not changed, the SW update failed. Repeat
the ADCC SW update procedure. If this update fails, please contact your local Alere
Afinion supplier.
• Power must not be disconnected during SW update. Loss of power during SW
update might lead to ADCC failure.
• During SW update of ADCC, the unit should be disconnected from the Alere Afinion
AS100 Analyzer. Tests performed on an Alere Afinion AS100 Analyzer connected to an
ADCC during SW update might lead to loss of result transfer to HIS/LIS system.
8 ADCC TROUBLESHOOTING
