INSTALLATION
Indispensable premise is a statically stable substructure. If in doubt consult a calculation expert.
Recommendation: if necessary, plan reinforcements for the substructure and/or fastening of the sheet to the substructure.
Possible crest interaxes: 180-420 mm
WARNING: DO NOT install on profiles with interaxis wider than 420 mm!
WARNING: check that the materials and minimum thicknesses of the sheet are met for the use intended (see below):
Sheet material
Fasten the included M16 stainless steel bolt in the central hole of the
base plate using the 2 washers and the nut so that the free thread
comes out at the top, as shown below.
Stick the cellular rubber strip (included) to the two fixing strips over
the holes, so that they are all well covered.
Install the first fixing strip, drilling at the centre of the crest a Ø 6.5
mm hole in the roof sheet, through the holes at the ends
of the fixing strip (see following picture) and fasten the
element to the sheet with the included rivets.
Once the strip has been fastened, proceed with the drilling of the
remaining holes and then install the rivets and screw (Metal Tek 14g
x 75mm for steel purlin or TBSEVO08120 for the wooden purlin). The
screw must be positioned in one of the middle holes in the row with
the holes..

INTENDED USE OF DEVICE
Proceed in the same manner with the installation of the second
fixing strip, making sure it is aligned correctly with respect to the first,
so that it is then possible to easily fasten the base plate of the device.
The two strips have to be fastened using 32 GESIPA Bulb-Tite Alu/Alu
6.3x20.2 rivets with EPDM washer (included) in total.
Fasten the base plate to the fixing strips using 4 M8 stainless steel
screws and corresponding washers and self-locking nuts (included),
in such a way that the washers remain above the elongated holes of
the fixing plate (see following picture).
