TROUBLESHOOTING

Problem
The appliance does not work.
Poor suction.
The unit switches off during operation.
Note: If you have followed all of the above instructions and still have difficulty
using the appliance, contact customer service.
Solution
Make sure that the plug of the cooker
hood is inserted in the socket.
Check whether a fan speed has been
selected.
Make sure that the fan speed has been
set according to the requirements.
Check that the grease filters are clean.
Make sure that the kitchen is
sufficiently ventilated and that there is
a fresh air supply.
Make sure that the activated carbon
filter is still effective when the
recirculation mode is used.
In suction mode, make sure that the
air inlets and outlets are not blocked.
The emergency safety system was
triggered.
Make sure that all installation
instructions have been followed and
all clearances have been observed.
Check and clean the filters.
Do not flambé food under the cooker
hood.
Do not use the cooker hood without
pots/pans.
