8.3 Motorised version
1. Assemble the stage in the same way as the manual version.
• Check the perfect alignment of the rear part of the stage with
the rear arm of the frame.
• A non perfect alignment could lead to an incorrect functioning
of the system. (Fig. 16)
2. Connect the cable ① from the stage to the frame and tight
the locking screws of the connectors ②. (Fig. 17)
3. Connect the provided cables: ③ 12V power supply for the
motorised parts; ④ 6V microscope power supply; ⑤ serial
cable; ⑥ PS/2 mouse. (Fig. 18)
• Connect power cables as the last step.
