Use
Place the vegetable slicer into the collecting container with its stand
folded out.
Affix the hopper into the opening.
Using the grip, slide the chosen cutting plate into the slot on the side
of the slicer so that it affixes in place.
Place the food item into the hopper and, using the finger guard, press
lightly down on it in the direction of the slicer.
Then press down on the grip, and thus the integrated blade, to cut
the fruit or vegetables
It is recommended that the collecting container is periodically
emptied. The vegetable slicer can also be used directly over a bowl
or on a baking tray.
Cleaning
The collecting container, stay-fresh lid, cutting plate, hopper and finger guard are all dishwasher-safe.
However, we recommend cleaning the cutting plates by hand under running water to guarantee a
longer life for the blades. The integrated blade can be optimally cleaned by continuously pushing
down on the grip. In this position, it can be cleaned using a damp cloth.
WARNING! The blades are very sharp. Take particular care when switching cutting plates as well
as when cleaning by hand
