PROPER VACUUMING MOTION FOR LARGE
AREAS (Fig. 10)
With Backpack Vac (A) securely positioned and fastened
on body, continue with the following:
1. Begin with the extension wands (G) parallel to your
body.
2. Draw the top of the wand in toward your waist and
then push the wands outward, as you walk.
3. The motion will keep the upper body and arms from
tiring.

WARNING:

Do not put any object into ventilation openings.
Do not vacuum with any ventilation openings
blocked; keep free of dust, lint, hair or anything
that may reduce air flow.
CAUTION:

To reduce the risk of hearing damage, wear
ear protectors when using the Backpack Vac for
extended time or in a noisy area.

VACUUMING DRY MATERIAL ONLY
1. The dry filter bag and cloth filter must always be
installed in the correct position at all times to avoid
leaks and possible damage to Vac.
NOTE: Dry filter bag must be used within the cloth filter.
2. When using your Vac to pick up dust, it will be
necessary for you to empty the Backpack Vac
and clean the filters at more frequent intervals to
maintain peak Vac performance.
NOTE: Dry filter bags are necessary to pick up dry
material only.

WARNING:

Do not use without all filters installed or with a
torn filter. Dry filter bag (VFB600) or fine dust
filter bag (VFB610) must be used within the cloth
filter (VFB102).
