A) Selector: used to turn the appliance on and off.

B) Support structure: it is made of anodised aluminium and is equipped with a stainless
steel work surface (B1) and device (B2) to keep food product firm and push it during the
cutting phase.
C) Cutting unit: it is equipped with a bandsaw (C1), mounted on two pulleys and kept in
position by a blade guide device (C3). Saw transmission is driven by an electric motor
(C2).
The guide blade device (C3) is adjustable and locked in place by knob locking elements
(G).
D) Portioning device: it is used to adjust the thickness of products to be cut and keeps it
aligned during the cutting phase.

E) Mobile guard: protects the user from direct contact with moving appliance parts.
Caution - Precaution
Before opening the guard , stop the appliance and wait until parts are fully stopped
to ensure adequate safety conditions.
