• Bridge Zones
Thanks to the Bridge function, the cooking
zones can operate in a combined way,
creating a single zone with the same power
level. This function allows evenly distributed
cooking with large-sized pots and pans.
It is possible to combine the left cooking
zone (FL+RL) and/or the right cooking zone
(RR+FR),
Bridge Function activation:
- simultaneously select the two cooking
zones you want to use (FL+RL) or (RR+FR)
- the Bridge indicators (20) of the two
cooking zones will light up at the same time.

• Temperature Manager
Temperature Manager is a function that
allows you to set the most suitable pre-set
temperature to achieve the desired result.
There are two levels.
"Melting" level: Identifies a suitable cooking
level to slowly melt delicate products without
compromising their sensory characteristics
(chocolate, butter, etc.).
"Warming" level: Identifies a suitable
cooking level to allow the food to be
delicately maintained at the same
temperature, without letting it boil.
Temperature Manager activation:
- Select the desired cooking zone.
- Press the symbol (4) once to activate the
"Melting" level : from the "Melting"
level, press the symbol (4) again and hold
for a few seconds to switch to the
"Warming" level
Melting: It identifies a suitable cooking level
to slowly melt delicate products without
compromising their sensory characteristics
(chocolate, butter, etc.).
Warming: It identifies a suitable cooking
level to allow to delicately keep the food at
the same temperature, without letting it boil.
Temperature Manager deactivation:

• Key Lock
The Key Lock allows you to lock the settings
of the cooktop to prevent accidental
tampering with the same, while leaving the
set functions enabled.
