SET-UP FOR USE

Carefully read the complete procedure before starting!
Your equipment is a Philips brand:

MODE
Press the mode key for the device (TV or SAT) you want
to operate.

Press the power key to test.
– The green indicator LED lights up to confirm transmission

H E C K
Press a few keys to check correct response. If response is not
correct go to the next paragraph
Your equipment is of another brand or your
equipment is a Philips brand, but not all keys
respond correctly:
1
Look up the brand name of the equipment you want to
operate in the code list (centre of this manual).

Make sure the equipment is switched on.

Press the mode key and select the device (TV or SAT) you

want to operate.

Press and hold keys mute and power simultaneously - for
about three seconds- until the green LED lights up.
(Release the keys: the green LED should stay on)

VOL
Enter your 6-digit code within 30 seconds.
PROG
-
(PROG– = 0, PROG+ = 1, VOL– = 2, VOL+ = 3) e.g. when
VOL
+
the code is 012313 press PROG–, PROG+, VOL–, VOL+,
PROG
-
PROG+, VOL+.
– The green LED flashes twice.

H E C K
That's it! Press a few keys to check correct response.
If response is not correct, repeat procedure beginning
at step 1 using the next 6-digit code in the list.
N
O T E
- If the LED displays one long flash, the code was not
recognised. Please go back to step 1 and repeat the
procedure, using the next 6-digit code in the list.
- If no key is pressed within 30 seconds, you have to start
again at step 1.
- If no correct code is in the list, go to the next paragraph.
