PROBABLE CAUSE
• Mineral deposits have built up. Clean the urn following instructions in "How to Clean."
• Water tank is empty.
• Unit is unplugged.
• Power outage.
• Stem is not aligned with heating unit well.
• Flush coffee grounds from serving spout.
