Shut off the gas valve immediately if gas odour is detected. Turn off the
cylinder valve. If there is a leak at the hose connection / regulator:
Tighten the connection and perform another leak test. If bubbles
continue to appear, return to place of hose purchase. If the leak is at the
regulator / cylinder valve connection: disconnect, reconnect and perform
another leak check. If you continue to see bubbles after several
attempts, the cylinder valve is defective and should be returned to the
place of purchase of the cylinder.
Do not transport the heater while in operation.
Do not move the heater after it has been switched off until the
temperature has cooled down.
Keep the vent opening of the cylinder enclosure free and clear of debris.
Do not paint the radiant screen, control panel or top cover reflector.
The control compartment, burner and heater circulating air ducts must be
kept clean. Frequent cleaning may be required as necessary.
The liquid propane tank should be turned off when the heater is not in
use.
Check the heater immediately if any of the following occur:
Heater does not reach temperature.

Burner makes popping noise during use (a slight popping noise is

normal when burner is off).
Gas smell together with yellow end of burner flames.

The LP hose/regulator assembly must be located out of the way where
people can trip over it or in an area where the hose is not subject to
accidental damage.
Any guard or other protective device removed to service the heater must
be replaced before operating the heater.
Adults and children should be kept away from high temperature surface
to avoid burns or ignition of clothing. Children should be carefully
supervised when in the heater area.
Do not hang clothes or other flammable materials on the heater or place
them on or near the heater.
