Fitting the outlet DN 110
(Only ProfiClear Premium L Discharge Module)
How to proceed:
1. Push the O-ring onto the outlet.
2. Position the outlet in the container wall from the outside.
– Ensure that the marking points up and is aligned with the holes in the container wall.
3. Use three oval head screws to screw the outlet to the container wall from the inside.
– Tighten the screws diagonally to ensure that the seal is uniformly applied.
– If you are using a cordless screwdriver: Do not set the screwdriver to "drill" to prevent dam-
age to the self-tapped thread. Then re-tighten the screws with a Torx screwdriver.
Installation and connection
Installation planning
Plan the installation of the filter system. Careful planning and taking the ambient conditions into
account will allow you to achieve optimum operating results.
The following conditions must be met:
The filter modules are very heavy when filled. Choose a suitable base (at least slabs, but prefer-
ably a poured concrete base) to prevent them from sinking.
Plan sufficient space for carrying out cleaning and maintenance work.
Drain the dirty water into the drain or far enough away from the pond so that it cannot flow
back into the pond.
– If the coarse soiling and dirty water both run into the same pipe, it is important to use at
least DN 110 pipes.
