If the display flashes alternately between the symbol
the heat setting
This means that:
• You have not placed a pan on the correct cooking zone or,
• The pan you're using is not suitable for induction cooking or,
• The pan is too small or not properly centred on the cooking zone.
The hob will only heat up if there is a suitable pan on the cooking zone.
If no suitable pan is placed on the hob, the display will automatically
turn off after 1 minute.
When you have finished cooking
1. Press the heating zone selection control that you
wish to switch off.
2. Turn the cooking zone off by pressing the control
down to "0". Make sure the display shows "0".
3. Turn off the induction hob by pressing the
ON/OFF control.
4. Beware of hot surfaces
The symbol "H" will indicate which cooking zones
are hot to the touch. It will disappear when the
surface has cooled down to a safe temperature.
It can also be used as an energy saving function,
so if you want to heat more pans, use the hotplate
that is still hot.
