20. WARRANTY

12 months warranty for professional users. It covers core parts, including Li-
battery, charger, motor and transmission mechanism. Following conditions
invalidate the warranty:
• Any abnormal operation
• Tool not maintained as per the Maintenance Instruction
• Tool modifications
• Any damages even if made by mistake
• Damaged after amateurish repairing.
• Nature caused damages
• Battery not recharged with the requested frequency
• Components subjected to wear (such as blades) during normal operation
are not covered by warranty.
This warranty will be applied only if the buyer will fill in the WARRANTY
CARD in all requested blanks indicating the Serial number, the purchase date
(corresponding to the sale document) and the mark of the dealer. The dealer
will have to hold the warranty card and the buyer will have to hold a copy of
it and a copy of the sale document. In case of warranty claims the buyer will
have to give these documents to the dealer together with the machine. If
these documents are missing the machine will be considered out of warranty.
