ELECTRIC PRUNING SHEARS
• Open the blades of the pruner.
• Turn off the tool and remove the battery.
• Apply the grease between the moving blade and
the fix blade (see the picture below).
• Put together the battery and the tool.
• Turn on the pruner and pull the trigger
sometimes to get the grease through the blades.
• Clean the blades from the grease leftover.
15.3. DISASSEMBLY AND GREASE
General maintenance, cleaning, lubrication and blade replacement requires
some disassembly and assembly of your pruner.
The cover is fixed to the pruner by 2 screws. The adjusting nut is fixed with
a central screw.
By removing the cover, the central screw, the adjusting nut, the bearing and
the hexagonal bolt, you can access, maintain, clean, lubricate and replace the
blades when needed.
It is recommended to grease the gears each 3-4 working days to guarantee
the correct operating life of the tool.

A. Turn counterclockwise as
shown in the picture, remove
the M5 screw.

B. Remove the nut clockwise
as shown in the picture, and
remove the washer and plain
roller bearing.

C. Remove the M5 screw by turning
counterclockwise as shown in
the picture, also remove the
rubber cover.

E. Turn counterclockwise as shown in
the picture, remove the M3 screws
from the blade cover.

D. Turn clockwise to remove the
hexagon socket screw.

F. According to the direction
shown in the picture, remove the
blade cover and take the blade.
