8.5. Eco Mode and Consumption Graphics
BlueFace includes two icons for direct access, which allow the activation and deactivation of
BlueFace ECO mode of the zone, and get directions and advice on energy efficiency (see
Fig. 7).
The activation of BlueFace ECO mode restricts the maximum and minimum comfort
temperatures in the zone. These temperatures are given by official institutions. When ECO
mode is activated, the main screen changes the state of the efficiency icon.
Note that in case of activated ECO mode and make a program
schedule, the imposed temperatures are those imposed by ECO
mode.
The other icon associated to the BlueFace ECO mode is the
graphical representation of consumption. This icon represents
graphics of estimated power consumption according to official
institutions. You can see the three types of consumption graphics
that can be displayed:
• Histogram = Displays an estimate of consumption when ECO mode is activated (blue
bar), the estimated consumption with ECO mode deactivated (by adding the green bar)
and its representation as a percentage.
• Monthly Savings = This screen represents the monthly savings in kW, and its expression
in kilograms of CO
• Year Savings = Similar to the previous screen but shows the annual aggregate.
In each of these screens you can click on the icon for information and help on the given
information.
Use the arrows at the bottom right corner to navigate between different screens or press the
cross in the upper right corner to return to the main screen.
