− Load the basket by observing the following maximum capacity:
8 Kg. of large leafed vegetables, either raw or cooked.
− When you have finished the loading, close the lid.
− Set the drying time by turning the knob of the timer situated on the wall-mounted
control box. The time to set must be evaluated according to the condition of the
product and the quantity you wish to treat. The recommended maximum time is 3-4
minutes.
− Set the speed with knob on wall mounted box. Min 200 rpm – max 700 rpm. The speed
value is showed on display and it can be modified during drying.
− Press the ON-switch "AVVIAMENTO" placed on the front of the apparatus in order to
start the drying cycle (FIG.4.3 "A"). The white control light on the wall-mounted control
box which indicates the regular operation will automatically turn on (FIG.4.4 "H").
When this white control light turns off, this means that the drying cycle is finished and

that the lid can be opened.
− To open the lid press the button "APRE" and at the same time open the lid (FIG.4.3
"B").

It is possible to interrupt the drying cycle before the end of the set time

by pressing the emergency pushbutton situated on the front of the apparatus. Before
carrying out a new cycle, you must re-activate the emergency pushbutton and press
the start pushbutton.
− When the lid of the apparatus is closed, the appliance is not dangerous; all the same,
for a correct use and a good keeping of the machine, we recommend to interrupt the
working cycle whenever you notice excessive vibrations or tossing. Arrange the load
more evenly before proceeding to start the apparatus again; always follow the
previously described sequence of the operations.
