Operation
5.1 Power on
Press the ON/ZERO button when the scale is unloaded.
An acoustic signal sounds and the firmware version is displayed. When the ZERO indicator lights up,
the scale is ready for use.
5.2 Taring Function
Place an empty container on the platform and press the TARE button. The display will return to zero,
resetting the weight of the container to zero. The ZERO indicator goes out and the TARE indicator lights
up.
Place the material or object to be weighed in the container. The net weight is displayed.
To exit the tare mode, remove all weight from the scale. A negative weight will appear on the display.
Press the TARE key to reset the display to zero and clear the container weight.
The TARE indicator goes out and the ZERO indicator lights up. If the ZERO indicator is not lit, press the
ON/ZERO button to zero the scale.
5.3 Weighing
Place the weight on the scale as centrally as possible. The display shows the weight value.
5.4 Checkweighing (data comparison)
The checkweighing or data comparison function allows the user to check whether the weighed value is
within a preset range or whether it is too high or too low.
In normal weighing mode, press and hold the SET/0~9 button for about 3 seconds to enter Setup

mode.
Press and release the SET/0~9 button to scroll through the parameters until „rAngE" is displayed.

Press the TARE button to confirm.
Press the SET/0~9 button until „on" is displayed. Press the TARE button to confirm.

Enter the lower limit of the checkweighing range by increasing the flashing digit with the SET/0~9 key,
then press the TARE key to store a digit and move to the next position.
