WTV4F 为带背景抑制功能的漫反射光电传感器。根据待检物体及后面可能存在的背
景的反射比,在已设置触发感应距离 (x) 与背景之间保持最小距离 (y)。
检查使用条件:
使用随附的图表调整触发感应距离和与物体或背景的距离及物体的反射能力(x = 触
发感应距离,y = 已设置的触发感应距离和背景(白色,90%)之间的最小距离,反
射比:6% = 黑色 1,18% = 灰色 2,90% = 白色 3(以 DIN 5033 规定的标准
白为基准))。我们建议使用低反射比的物体进行设置。
背景抑制功能的最小距离 (= y) 可以从插图
示例:x = 20 mm,y = 1,2 mm。即,当与传感器距离 > 1,2 mm 时,才能抑制背
景(白色,90%)。
