The tool will not start if you pull the
trigger switch without depressing and holding
the Lock-Off button first.
To turn off the tool, release the trigger switch (1).
Adjustable Fence (FIG 7)
The stationary fence has three positions (1) for optimal
cutting of a wide variety and sizes and shapes of metal.
See fIG 7.
Always use the fence in the most optimal position that will
allow a completed through cut of the material.
To move the fence, proceed as follows:
1. Loosen the two hex bolts (2) on the fence using the
wrench provided.
2. Remove both hex bolts (2).
3. Move the fence to the desired position.
4. Reinstall the two hex bolts (2) and tighten securely.
Cutting at Angles (FIG 7)
The machine allows the user to cut angles 0-45° left and
0-30° right.
To Change the Fence Angle
1. Loosen the two hex bolts (2) on the fence using the
wrench provided. Do not remove the bolts.
2. Rotate the fence to the desired angle.
3. Retighten the two hex bolts (2).
Quick Release Lock Vise (FIG 8)
This tool is equipped with a quick release lock vise for easy
and fast clamping of the material. Raise lever (1) for fast
movement of vise. Lower lever and turn crank handle (2) for
work piece clamping.
1. Place the work piece material between vise plate (3) and
fence (4).
2. Raise the Quick Release Lever (1) and push the Crank
Handle (2) to bring Vice Plate (3) lightly into contact with
the work piece material. Then, lower the Quick Release
Lever (1) down, and securely fix the work piece material
in position by turning the Crank Handle Clockwise.
3. When the cutting job is completed, turn the Crank Handle
counter clockwise 2 or 3 turns to loosen the vise, and
remove the work piece material.
WARnIng:
threads of the threaded screw to avoid the possibility of the work piece being
ejected from the vise causing damage to the wheel or personal injury.
Always set the Quick Release Lever securely into the
