WARNING: ELECTRICAL MAINS VOLTAGE GREATER THAN 280 V ~ AC MAY
Check that there is no short circuit at the machine output: if this is the case, eliminate the
inconvenience.
Check that all the connections of the welding circuit are correct, particularly that the work clamp is
well attached to the work piece, with no interfering material or surface covers (eg paint).
Failure
Possible cause
• No power input.
No power
• Inappropriate fuse or breaker.

current
•
Work clamp (ground) away from
the point to be welded
Poor quality of
weld bead
• Defective electrode.
If the cause of the machine malfunction is not one of those listed above, send the equipment to a service
center for inspection .
CAUTION: Never try to repair the machine or uncover it. We are not responsible for any accident that occurs
due to improper maintenance of the equipment.
The equipment is designed for a long useful life, but this depends largely on the good handling. Poor
maintenance or lack of maintenance is grounds for voiding the warranty.
DAMAGE THE MACHINE.
Solution
• Check connection
• Wait for the machine to cool down.
• Check electrical connection
• Check clamp location to ensure proper connection.
Clean rust or paint.
• Place the clamp as close as possible to where it is to be
welded.
• Change the electrode.
