10. When frying is done, remove
lid, raise basket, and hook
over removable oil pot to
drain. NOTE: Do not allow
condensation to drain into
oil pot while removing lid or
while unit is off.
11. Carefully empty food from
basket and place in a bowl,
colander, or tray lined with
paper towel. Fill basket and
repeat as needed to complete
frying.
12. Set control to MIN or OFF ( )
and unplug.
